Policies are non-negotiable.
- A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit fee is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. Upon agreeing and signing the Appointment Agreement Form and placing the required Deposit Fee, your appointment is secured for you and you only. This deposit fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session (remaining balance due at initial appointment). If you reschedule, cancel, or are more than 15 minutes late, you will simply forfeit the deposit fee and will have to place a new deposit to book again for a new time slot. If you miss your appointment(no show), you will no longer be accepted as a client and be charged the full procedure. Please book at your convenience, not what is readily available as Booking Fee's are NON-refundable or transferable for ANY reason(including unforeseen accidents, emergencies, Covid and any other illnesses). Deposit Fee’s are what keeps a Business Open and Operating(lease, electricity, wifi, water, property taxes, insurance, licensing, etc!…). Appointment Deposit Fee’s cannot be covered or rescheduled due to last minute personal changes.
- Exception: Cancellations that are given an advanced 7+ Business Day notice (Closed Sunday) may be refunded the deposit fee excluding the $100 processing & inconvenience fees Third Party Apps charge to utilize their services. Reschedules that are given an advanced 7+ Business Day notice(Closed Sunday) may reschedule without forfeiting their deposit. Please text 501.691.6751 or call 501.500.0272 to cancel or reschedule.
